Smoothies are bad for you
Lots and lots of people think that if they drink a smoothie its healthy, well is it? But I think you have to worry more about the kidney stones. The reason why is because oxalic acid contributes to the kidney stones. And over 80% of kidney stones contain calcium oxalate. Some smoothies can give you kidney stones and diabetes by just drinking it. Think of it as one fruit that has the same amount of sugar as six cans of cokes. So I think that that’s a lot of sugar for your body!
Most doctors agree that if you put fruits and vegetables in your diet it can be life changing. The fruit that is in the smoothies have lots of sugar, that can cause you diabetes which is bad. Some types of smoothies are full of fat, calories and other ingredients that can have a bad impact on your health. They are made with dairy products. Like milk, yogurt and ice cream that gives it a creamy base which is bad for you. Most doctors agree that if you put fruits and vegetables in your diet it can be life changing.
Some smoothies contain agave in them which contains lots and lots of fruit sugar. And also amino acids and minerals. It has a high fructose content. If you put agave in your smoothie its like putting sweetener. Its really bad because if you put it as sweetener it will provide the body with fructose. And if you don’t now what fructose means its a weight gain, liver scarring and it also poor’s blood liquid. All of the smoothies have agave in them. Which contains lots and lots of fruit sugar.
Not all green or fruit smoothies are made the same like other green or fruit smoothies. Drinking a smoothie is like eating junk food. Its not healthy for you. When your drinking a smoothie your not getting the fibber that you think you are. You are not getting anything. People sometimes put a lot of sweetener sugar in their smoothie which gives them diabetes. Not all green or fruit smoothies are made like other green or fruit smoothies.
Most people think that any kind of green or fruit smoothies are good for you. When they are not. People who are in a diet drink lots and lots of smoothies and believe that they are getting healthy, when actually they are getting more calories in their body, gaining more wait and are in a very high risk of getting diabetes. What makes a smoothie taste really good is the creamy base of the bottom of the smoothie. Which actually are raw vegetables and also raw fruits.
